Who Can Apply
SY 2026–2027 · Grade 7 intake
Applicants choose one campus only, and the top scorers per campus are offered slots. Dates rotate yearly — treat the schedule below as indicative and confirm the current advisory before applying.
✓Filipino citizen, with no pending or approved application as an immigrant to another country
✓Currently a Grade 6 pupil in a DepEd-recognized school, graduating this school year
✓Not more than 15 years old by June 30 of the entry year
✓Final grade of at least 85% in Science and Math, or upper 10% of the batch
✓At least a satisfactory Grade 5 character rating
✓No prior application to the PSHS; in good health and fit for a rigorous program

Apply online through the NCE portal, or walk in to the nearest PSHS campus or DOST Provincial Science and Technology Office.
Online
- Scanned copy of the most recent 1×1 picture.
- Scanned certified true copy of the report card (SY 2025–2026).
- Certification of upper 10% standing, if Science or Math is below 85%.
- Certification from the private school, if on full scholarship.
Walk-in
- Fully accomplished application form.
- Recent 1×1 picture.
- Certified true copy of the report card (SY 2025–2026).
- Certification of upper 10% standing, if Science or Math is below 85%.
- Certification from the private school, if on full scholarship.
Php 300 for private school students — free for public school students and full scholars. Applies to both online and walk-in applications.
